To be honest, I feel quite overwhelmed by all of the things we have to do. However, the amount of time we've got is quite reassuring. Having 17 weeks left is definitely a positive aspect but I am worried that having that much time available won't help my time management. I just need to be in the right mindset and do everything week by week trying not to leave tasks behind.

As soon as Adelina talked us through designing a digital portfolio (PDF) in my head I already had an idea on how it will look like. I am thinking about creating a sort of digital book with a very minimal aesthetic. The viewer will be able to flip the pages as if it was a real book, I strongly believe that this format will be more engaging and interesting than a normal PDF file. About the overall look I think a minimal aesthetics will do wonders because the last thing I want my portfolio to look like is messy. The layout will probably seem like an elegant and refined photography magazine on a white (or maybe black background). For the cover I think I am going to design a personal logo so that the whole portfolio will look even more personal. Obviously there is so much to take account of, so I might change my mind in the process but so far everything seems quite clear in my head. We will see.

Finally, regarding the last task (which includes creating a social media account) I am certain I will create an Instagram page because it is one of the most known and loved social media. The layout is very familiar and easy to manage. The only thing I still haven't thought about is the actual look of my profile, but there is time to decide that. For my research next week I am probably going to investigate a bit more on Instagram looks so I am going to decide soon.
