Watching this online course helped me to understand better how to improve my performances and how to improve myself as a person. This short podcast talked me through the importance of taking some time out of my daily routine to focus on myself and on my objectives. Doing so will help me really understand and prioritise myself as a person. For instance, it is important to take a few minutes a day to read, to think (in silence), to make truthful affirmations and to appreciate my place in the world. Doing these simple and quick tasks will be beneficial for my mental health and therefore, they will help me become a better version of myself.
